Master roofer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced master roofer (m/f/d) for direct placement. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring roofing projects.

• Planning, organizing and monitoring roofing projects
• Management and training of roofing teams
• Preparation of cost estimates and offers
• Quality control and ensuring compliance with construction standards
• Advising customers on roofing materials, construction and renovations
• Installation, repair and maintenance of roofs
• Laying roof tiles, shingles or other roofing materials
• Waterproofing of roofs and installation of gutters
• Conducting inspections and diagnosing roof damage
• Compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Collaboration with other craftsmen and construction professionals
• Advising customers on various roofing materials and options

• Leadership experience and ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills and customer orientation
• Independent and structured way of working

• Completed training as a master roofer (m/f/d) with a master’s certificate
• Several years of professional experience in the roofing trade
• German language skills (B1/B2)
• Class B driving licence

• Annual salary up to EUR 50,000
• Holiday pay up to EUR 600.00 gross
